After earning her real estate license in 2018 (Reg No. 945, License No. 518)—by passing an entirely Greek exam—she became the only non-Cypriot on the island to do so, a testament to her commitment and determination. Fluent in both English and Greek, Trish ensures every client feels heard and supported throughout their property journey. A proud mother of two boys, she spends her spare time on the water, paddleboarding or enjoying time on her boat.
Sally Parker
Sales Consultant As a founding member of Blue Surf Property, Sally has been supporting clients since day one, helping them find their ideal home and guiding them every step of the way. Known for her dedication and exceptional aftercare, she ensures a seamless experience from initial search to long after the keys are handed over. Having lived in Cyprus for over 20 years, Sally proudly calls the island home. Sanya Doyle
PR Manager Originally from the UK, Sanya first fell in love with Cyprus while holidaying in Ayia Napa in 1997. After spending three summer seasons on the island, she made Cyprus her permanent home in 2001. A devoted mum of two, Sanya enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work, including long-distance running and SUP. She is also passionate about music, performing regularly with a local Brazilian percussion band and playing the Caribbean steel pan. Fluent in both English and Greek, she brings over 12 years of experience in property sales, marketing, and rentals, along with valuable business experience from owning and managing a restaurant in Pernera.
